Write, review, and negotiate scopes of work and contractual agreements for a range of Marketing led projects. Hold agency partners accountable to financial and scope commitments; proactively address scope creep, resourcing misalignment, and performance issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools Demonstrates experience negotiating contracts, scopes of work, retainers, and pricing models Brings strong financial acumen with experience managing complex, high-dollar budgets and forecasting. Brings a deep understanding of agency capabilities, staffing models, and fee structures.
