Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour

Amend Treatment is a residential mental health treatment organization based in Malibu, California. The company provides personalized, evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges, with a focus on individualized treatment, therapy, and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide virtual administrative support to the team and clients
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and emails
Coordinate various tasks and projects efficiently
Handle data entry, documentation, and file management
Assist with research, reports, and presentations as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and external parties

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant
Experience in the healthcare or mental health industry is a plus
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
